Can anyone point me in the right direction for a good adhesive for bonding plastics? I have seen members use acrylic glue that actually melts the acrylic in order to create a "weld". Is there anything like this for plastic?

I have had VERY good result using a 2 part like this from Home Depot. Just look for the one specific to plastic.

I've used MEK for abs plastic before with excellent results. Same process as using weld-on on acrylic. Make sure fitment is tight, brush MEK on the seams to get pulled-in by capillary action. You will need to clamp the pieces together and let it dry for a while.
