That should be enough flow. I have a sizable for sale post on thefishbox. There is a sizable amount of dry rock on there if you still need it. It was 60$. The prices are big and hollow.

Scans and Lps do fine with low flow. Just plan to vacuum your sand.

Low flow will make it easy for diatoms/cyanobacteria to grow over the sandbed. With the big fish you've chosen you'll have a very hard time in that small tank keeping nutrient levels down which will also fuel the diatoms and cyano, so you'll have to remove them manually.

What are your ammonia and nitrite levels today with all those new fish?

With the ati test, ammonia=0 nitrate =0

Nitrate or nitrite? Its the nitrite you need to watch for.
