If there is such a chiller like this, how much are you willing to pay for it?

Two setting control (Low (Less Noise)/ High (More Noise). It will take a longer time to cool down the tank in the low setting than high setting. Low setting can cool down a 100g tank 5F. High setting can cool down a 100g tank 10F.)

The only chiller I can think of that is rated at 1/5Hp and is quiet at all times is the Aqua Medic Titan. its also titanium.
