I just talked to a friend that lived in China (Chongqing) for more than 7 years and speaks the language(s). He said that the government will be holding a press conference tomorrow. I guess he'll be translating to me then!

Something they are trying to hide. It's like a secrete agent sort of thing. One person acts as the distraction, while the other goes behind the scenes and breaks into the safe.

Looks like a blimp with lights in the fog.

That's some serious lighting. I really just want to know what kind of crazy ship/plane they are playing with up there. Also why they would park it over a city when they have all that rural land to test this stuff over.

To me it looks like time lapse photography. Leave the shutter open you get a blur like that.
