Just had a great experience at City Pets. I accidentally bought the wrong part for my filter and did not notice until I had gotten home and opened it up. I quickly called them up and they said no problem, just bring it back and we'll swap it out. I did, and they did. Great customer service. The only thing that would make me happier with them was if they were in Katy.
