So I want to purchase some silencers for some of my firearms and I want to build a short barrel rifle and just seeing if anyone has done a class 3 trust ?

A relative of mine has one. He was saying you better hurry up if you want a trust, sounds like they may not become more difficult to make happen in the future. He already has some class 3 items, and waited 6 months. He said he has already been waiting over 7 for something else and thinks he will be waiting a few more. Wait times are getting worse.

I am in the process of getting one. I can hook you up with my lawyer to get it set up. Only costs about 300-400 bucks to set up. Like others have said, time is running out and you need to do it now if you want it.

Sean is awesome and spent a good hour on the phone answering all my question. He charged me $300 for everything but that was 5 years ago. Whatever you do DONT take someone's advice to set up a trust yourself. NFA trusts and class 3 weapons are not something you want to mess up on.
Oh and they are suppressors. Silencers are only on the movies.

Just FYI I was at tactical firearms in Katy yesterday, when you buy a "can" through them they will file the paperwork needed (at your cost of course)and you can use it on their range while the paperwork is being processed.
