Speaking of things that scare me...I would hate to get some of those Sea Fleas that go in and out of the water on the beach and jettys in my tank. I couldn't imagine waking up in the middle of the night to see them crawling out of the tank scrounging through the trash.

There is an article by Joyce Wilkerson, from FAMA August 1994 about breeding scarlet cleaner shrimps.
You can find the article on the breeders registry. I tried to get the link for you but their webpage is running really slow. If it speeds up I'll post it.

Also, there is a book about breeding peppermint shrimp called "How to raise and train your peppermint shrimp" or something to that effect. A lot of the info in there could also be applied to cleaner shrimp. There is also a small portion in there about breeding cleaners.

I am afraid that

I am afraid that the shrimp noted in original post if seen with the naked eye are probobly MYSIS shrimp. They have a tendency to do circles at mach 2...
If you wanna raise peppermints/cleaners, then the books/artcles noted earlier are the stuff! I will say that one of the guys on RC that raises clownfish said he had a heck of a time to get the shrimp plankters to eat until metamorphisis..... Its not as easy as it seems. But I wish anyone trying luck...
