My clowns lay eggs continually. Tom was asking me today if I had seen them actually lay yet. I said I keep missing that part and the hatching part.

As I was watching the tank a few minutes ago I finally got to see the female lay as the male fertilized them.

:)

Mark,

That's cool! My Maroon clowns have never stopped laying eggs since they started last March...going strong for 1 yr and 3 mos. now. :) The first time I saw eggs I screamed and cried like a new mom....the first time I saw them actually laying and fertilizing I was mesmerized....the first time I finally saw the hatchlings I tripped out!!!!

The only thing is I really wish I could try to raise a batch or two - they are so dedicated, they deserve the babies to live.....I just don't have the means....One day, maybe I will.

Congrats!
