Will corals be healthier and grow better of I spot feed them?
Also what is best to feed, and how often?
I have a hammer head, a finger leather, and some shrooms.
thanks in advance.

In my experience yes, corals will look and grow better with spot feeding. Others will disagree/agree. I feed my hammers, torches, mushrooms mysis shrimp, feed anemones silversides, my newly acquired 6" plate coral i just fed a piece of shrimp, my purple goneopora i feed oyster eggs and rotifiers. Anything else in my tank gets a blended mix of brine, silversides, scallops, spirolina and other healthy meats foods...I feed this to my fish and the corals eat whatever comes their way. As far as the leather goes, depending on what type it is i think all itll need is good lighting.
