From the pic it looks like galaxia, or galaxy coral.

Moderate to high flow. Moderate to high light. I've only ever had a very tiny frag of it. But it's held on through a lot.

And give it plenty of room. Those guys can produce some devastaing sweepers.

they are VERY aggressive corals (the most aggressive LPS i believe) and will send out sweepers about 6" long. So dont keep anything 6" downstream of them.
