What Corals would do well in a tank with a depth of 36' under 400w MH's and 96w pc's ??

I'm assuming you mean 36 inches deep?

This depends on which bulb, and what kind of reflector they are in. Not to mention water quality/parameters.

Generally speaking, you will likely only be able to keep soft corals towards the bottom. I would say half-way up and above should be good for most stony and higher light demanding corals.
