Hey folks. None of these are large, but if you are looking to make the site flawless.

1) when I sign in at the top of the home page, it redirects me to then sign in again on another. double work basically.

2) I get these message alerts on the bottom of my screen for 97 unread pms (I am not that popular). that is an error. I can x out of it but it comes back the next visit.

3) group message alert at bottom links to nowhere and it cant be x'd out of

Hope these help.

I'm not getting that either... IIRC when all of the old PM's came over from the old site they where unread.... is the unread PM's a new thing or has it been around since the cut over to the new site?

To clear cookies and cached content:

ON IE 9 - click on the cog "tools" wheel in the upper right corner, click internet options, look for browsing history, click delete and it will pop up another page with all of the boxes checked except the bottom two, uncheck the "preserve favorite website data" at the top, then click the delete button again.

ON FireFox 12 - click tools on the top left side of the browser window, then click on clear recent history, then on the time range to clear drop down select "everything", on the details section also check "offline website data", then click clear now.

That should clear all cookies and cached content.

The notification tool is definitely new to the MARSH site. FYI - The site is setup to automatically clear cookies when you perform a log off from the site; closing the browser does not log you off. You must use the log off option.

The old PM's would not show up from the old system as new messages. I had all of those dump into an import folder.

For some reason whenever I click on a forum/subforum, it defaults to only showing threads posted in the last day, then I have to scroll down and select an option for threads from the last 3 days, 10 days, etc. Is there anything in settings where I can default to a new certain value like 2 weeks or something and have it keep that setting?

I'm guessing your getting whatever is setup as the forum default.

You can change it under SETTINGS, GENERAL SETTINGS, THREAD DISPLAY OPTIONS
