Here's what I'm thinking. Instead of a valve to control the flow going into the reactor why not get a dc pump so i can adjust the flow based on the amount of biopellets in the reactor. Any pump recommendation?

What do you guys think?

Seems like a viable option to me assuming the reactor is large enough to handle the some of the pump speeds.

Quick update:

Ended up going with a reliable eheim and a nice gate valve-so far so good.
