Okay guys, it's now close enough to plan this:
Dive Class (for newbies) April 6th (PM), 7th and 8th (all day)
We will use my house / garage / pool
Open Water Weekend April 13th (PM) - 15th (Midday)
I can accomodate 4 students for this class. Also, anyone who is already certified but needs some help 'membering how to do this whole diving thing, you can also come on the open water weekend and dive with us. If you do all of the skills along with the students, and listen to me ramble for a bit, then you'll be officially "refreshed".
Note: I will also be requiring the students to take the Peak Performance Bouyancy specialty course during this time. It is the most useful specialty (ask Nick) and the one that I am most concerned about.
For all students:
I will be available on March 24th (next Saturday) to pick out gear. You can also pick up books at that time. I will be at Sport Divers of Houston, at the intersection of Nasa Road 1 and IH45 from 11am (when they open) to around 3 or so (whenever I get bored). Please see http://www.divehouston.org to get an idea of how much it will cost you. All prices (relatively) are listed there (look under "Classes"->"Essentials" in the forums)
