Has anyone drilled a tank while it is upright with water?? I've got a tank up on my second row of tanks and no way to get it out now without draining two tanks.

Is this possible?

yes its possible. I have seen some people on RC do it. You will have to drain the tank down some and put something inside to catch any glass pieces that might fall in while drilling.
