My elegance coral detached from its skeleton few weeks ago. It’s been in my tank for the past 3 years - tank is definitely high flow possibly the cause. I moved it to an isolation box - it fully opens and very happy. My issue is if i release it - it floats due to high flow. Any suggestions???

My tank is relatively low flow, so the obvious solution is to give it to me.

I've heard of people attaching mushroom corals to rocks with rubber bands or strings until they attach themselves - I don't know if this would work for elegance.

^^^ good one Frank 😊

Elegance is super delicate unlike mushrooms and leathers so rubber band won’t work.

So browsing through Amazon found this round tray with top. Dropped a tile in there hopefully it attaches to tile and drilled bunch of holes on top.
