Can you guys suggest a good docile fish for pod control? It will be in a 30-gallon reef with two bangaiis...

Mandarins and Scooter Blennies eat too much and will completely decimate the pod population and then starve to death in a tank that small. I would go with a 6 line wrasse. It will keep the pod population in chack and will also eat prepared foods.

Well... I've been shoot down :(
JK. I kept a scooter for 2 yrs in a 29. It will eat other things including flatworms and brine, at least mine did.

The decision is obiously yours, you know your tank and what it could handle.

(look into my eyes... 8O ...You are getting sleepy...When I snap my fingers, you will go buy a scooter blenny! SNAP!)

Yes there is a CPR on the back. There have been no predators for a couple months so the pod population is all over the place.

I like 4 line wrasses. I think they are much prettier than 6 lines. But it is up to you.IMO
