Has anyone used any of these fixtures? They are extremely cheap but I have searched online and really haven't found anyone with anything bad to say. Let me know what you may have heard or seen.

That is very cheap for a whole setup. I've never seen/heard of them before, though they look really similar to the Aqua Medic's. I think I paid about that much just for my Aqua Medic pendants w/o ballasts.

be careful with cheap mh fixtures.
odyssey fixtures used to catch on fire if i'm not mistaken. they were so cheap and all over ebay. they probably used the wrong gauge wires or something, but became a major issue for its users.
