Does anyone know if these are bad? I only have one frag plug in my tank right now which is only a few zoa polps and GSP. They seem fine but, I worry if I stick anything in there now that the flatworms will go after it. they mostly just chill on the glass and my pink streak will pick at them every so often but, not all the time. If I can I'll try getting a good picture of them or see if I can find one. Only reason I'm not to worried because the ones that I've seen online that are bad usually have a more rounded body or a "w" shaped tail with a narrow mid body and a big head. these ones just look like a boggy board.

Flatworms are a pita. If you don't have much in your tank, now is the time to nuke them. Get rid of them or they will only get worse. The kind you mention will be a problem when they get to the point that they cover your coral and starve them for light. I've never seen them eat coral, they just choke them out via light depravation. Getting rid of them after the population gets too high risks killing your inhabitants due to the toxins they release when they die. Flatworm exit at double dose works ok but you may need to treat several times because it will kill the flatworms but not the eggs which will hatch a few days later. Some fish will eat them but it is hit and miss. A have also heard that they will starve in very low nutrient systems but I no experience there. I have successfully used flatworm exit however.

They're just hanging out on one side of the tank but none on the other. Think its mainly the wrasse because he doesnt go on the roght side where the worms are at but like I said none on the left. Ill try and use flatware exit this weekend that way I can monitor how my tank does. Can I just cut back on feeding for the excessive nutrients if thats the case? I usually feed some what more then I should probably.
