Has anyone every fragged a glaxia (sp?)?

If so is it hard?

And would anyone want to go in on getting one to frag, for we don't want a big one, don't have the space for the size that Kenny sales.

Galaxia are relatively easy to frag. They have a well defined skeleton with fissures that are easy to use as guides for fragging. All you really need is a small thin screwdriver, a hammer and a good solid surface that you aren't afraid to get dinged up.

I have fragged my neon green galaxia and while it was easy to break, it wasn't exactly where I wanted it to break and there was some damage to the colony. My galaxia's skeleton was quite fragile, and even though I used a flathead screwdriver to create dashes along a riftline (so to speak) where I wanted the frag to fall off, it wasn't as easy as it seemed it was going to be.

All of the little individual corallites ended up becoming little colonies though.
