FYI No kill animal shelter (1 Viewer)

I recently took my kitties to the vet this past sunday to have them neutered/spayed. One of the jolly assistant happened to mention a No kill shelter here in Houston called HOPE. As some of you may already know I have a knack to find stray animals or rather they know where to find me

Often times it's quite a challenge finding them a home. Hopefully the below link can help.

BTW I believe there is a $20 drop off fee. Which btw is a great alternative to the zap a pet program aka SPCA/Humane Society :0)

I think it's much more of a Humane act to "zap" an animal vs. allowing them to stay crammed in a cage for months, close to starvation, and waiting for nobody to adopt them. But, at the end of the day, I view it as an "animal" shelter...not an orphanage. While it's sad that there's so many that get put down, I'm not losing sleep over it.

i think that was nice of you to take them to get spayed and nuetured ...and i think that it is great that you care about them and want the best for them ...if i was you i would post pics on here and maybe you will find them a home ..its good to have people that still care about things ..im glad to see that

I don't think he is trying to get rid of his pets LOL. He's just letting us know about the no kill shelter in case we find a stray animal.

Thanks for the compliments. It pains me to no end to see hapless animals on the street.
