Has anyone bought any "Hard Rock Maple" locally? I'm trying to find the best place/price on 80' of 1x6. Slone near me will sell it by the foot where the other places only sell it in 9' boards(I need 8' boards to minimize waste). They are wanting 3.28/ft.

Clarks is awesome. Thats where I bought the Teak Plywood and they have a TON of exotic and hardwood. All sizes all boards. They are your best bet. Houston Hardwoods has alot, but everytime I have gone I havent been able to get anyone to assist me.

Houston hardwoods didn't carry hard maple, only soft. Isn't lumber liquidators a discounted flooring place?

I just talked to Clark's and they have the new best price. $2.75/ft
