How do those screws feel? I’m assuming there’s some tolerance and play for them to be able to fit

Depending on your slicer settings, the tolerance is fine. If they are tight, you can use a tap/die, but it’s not needed. The bolts will snap with too much force because printed along the thread. You can use my long bolts and it will work better.
