I want to commend Premium Aquatics on a recent order. I have used them for drygoods and equipment for years but never thought to use them for cleanup crew. I ordered 20 snails and got 23. I'm not talking micro snails full grown Turbos, Astreas, and Trochus. All arrived alive and I lost one turbo during acclimation. Prices are very competitive.No you don't get free shipping. I found out the hard way free shipping on most cleanup crews is 2-3 days and you end up with dead snails. The guaranties of most are a joke. I just did a multiple order over a couple of months with one company. Ordering stuff I didn't really need or want to get price breaks. Three times with no luck. I won't mention names but they recently changed their's.

Premium aquatics I will be back for more.
