I have never seen a coral like the frag I purchased which is why it caught my attention.
It grows about an in tall. It is a trumpet shaped body. Pointy towards the bottom and enarges in a cone shape upward. It looks like a flower. It has hard tan coloered parts in the center, with neon green tenticles around the top edge. It can use these as sweepers when it wants to but they stay mainly close to the rim. It's 1 inch body is calcium based and white. It is starting to grow and seems the growth is gowing to be spreading on the rock rather than upwards or branching. I dont expect it to get any taller that an inch. I looked in Eric's book and have not found anything I can compare it to.
Have any ideas what I can reseearch on?
