My anemone was looking really healthy for the past week and suddenly he shrunk dramatically and spit out wastes. I have read that he could be expelling zooanthelle or something like that. He still has his color and he appears to be regaining some size. Maybe I am witnessing his first excretion of wastes. Let me know what yall think. Thanks.

Yeah, he was probably expelling some waste. They do they every so often.
