I think its dying. I moved it about a week ago from my 6 gallon to my 20 because i have stronger light in the 20. I have the coral where its getting decent flow. It has shrunk up and it looks like its dying. what should i do?

I have a power head on one side of my tank and the first 4 iches under it dont get flow. its place about 6 inches from it. the power head blows water down at a angle. at 5 inches from it starts to move the water some. hope that helps.
