Coming from Sugar land in the morning. I have an interview with Haliburton at 8:30Am tomorrow's morning. I suppose the Belt is my best bet but will I encounter any traffic heading toward JFK exit?

you might run into some traffic, but it shouldnt be too bad on the beltway. I could be wrong tho. its been a while since ive been on the beltway that early.

Traffic or not, leave early enough just in case. Hell, leave at 6am if you have to.

I keep the Houstontranstar map as an icon on my phone for one touch traffic info.
I hope spongebob was not in that huge multi car accident this morning at BW8 and the Hardy tollroad. I heard traffic was backed up before I-45.
Edit: I just saw it was on the westbound side, but traffic was still backed up on the eastbound side too.

No I made it safe and sound to my interview. Didn't get the gig though
