Does anyone do HVAC work?

I have a compressor from a small water cooler that iv riged up into a small AC unit for a one person tent... it kinda works but it would work alot better if I could take out the coils made for cooling water and replace it with a heat exchanger ... i can do the cutting and brazing in the parts but I cant remove/refill the freon... can someone help with this???
