So my tang has been in tank for about a week. Ate like a horse and never showed sings of stress but contracted ich. Im about to start supplementing garlic in the food Nd I dont have a QT tank yet because been working a lot. I do however have a 10 gallon but I fear itll be to small to use for him. Anyone got any advise?

Just like to note thst he did pass it and really all I did was let me fight it off himself and increased feeding just a tab and try to target feed him. Healthy and running around like a nut case

Yep. I did notice he was a bit stressed in quarantine although I should have done it a longer time. Only thing he did seemed upset about was the blenny. Could be thst he was taking it as he was going to take his food or something and cause him to stress to much. The ich always being there thst much I figured out and no one seems to be stressed.
