ID WORM PLEASE GOOD BAD? (1 Viewer)

Found 3 of these in my sump today. They move around like break dancers and stay at the top of the water opening what looks to be a mouth. Also has some sort of long whiskers.

I'm thinking harmless peanut worm as well. They are the only worms that usually look short and fat
