Well it took me a bit of time scratching my head to figure out why a few folks posts were thrown into awaiting moderator approval. It's our new anti-spam agent; we still have some tweaking to do 
The good news is that it has been catching a few of the spammers but unfortunately it caught a few legit posts too. It's a learning agent though so the more we clear the more it refines itself.
I will make it a point to start checking the moderation bin on a regular basis now that I know what it is doing and I will make sure the moderators know how to clear things too.
