i just got a koran angel and its just laying on the ground breathing. idk if hes daying, can i do something to help him or just hope for the best?

tony it doesnt have any ick or bad stuff now is kind of sitting up right ill try to post a pic

I am not sure but every time I see them in the LFS they are not in good shape do not know what the issue is with them sorry wish I could help or give advice.
