Any of you guys know by experiece if sponges, coraline, corals and other lifeforms on some rocks will spread to other rocks? I got some awesome pieces of LR in my tank, and would love for these to spread onto my fiji rock.
If this is the case there is no need to buy more fancy rock.

yes they will spread. after awhile they will all look the same.

I'd love to see pics of your Florida rock. I've often considered ordering from that company.

Im setting up my new 100 gallon tonight. Once its established I will take some nice pictures of it.
Not all my rock is TBS rock. About 45% is TBS the other 55% is fiji rock. The Fiji rock looks bare compared to the TBS. However the Fiji has picked up some its beautiful coraline from the TBS rock.
I just would love to see some of the coral cups, sponges, plants, clams, and other corals spread to the other rocks. It would be neat.
