Tom managed to get in some good stuff. Here are a few pics (from his site). He has some nice clams in, some anemones, astrea snails and hermits, some nice lps, sps, zoanthids, and ricordea. You can visit his site at http://www.lonestarcoral.com/ I'm looking at getting one of those nice green carpets and maybe some SPS :)

the red/ pink ricordia pics look good and prices are good if they actually look like in those pics.
But the prices for the sps colonies are way out of range compared to lfs.. You can get much better color and rarer stuffs from Global, citipet, vtf, aquatic center for much lower prices. For instance, Global had the 3.5" bright green deep water suharnoi for only $50 - $55! The zoos are also high compared to Citipet's. Hope he can bring in some nicer stuffs or better pricing in the future.

WYSIWYG. The Ricordia are some of the best I have ever seen. For MARSH members anyone that spends $100 in the next two weeks I'll throw in two free Ricordia!

If we are going to start talking about acros and pricing lets get the names correct. A. Suharsonoi if that is what they have. A true SPS entuhusiast should know how difficult and rare it is to obtain acros from the Solomon Islands. When is the last time you purchased a acro from a store showing that kind of polyp condition and health? I guess you enjoy the anxiety of waking up each morning for a week to see if your new prized acro colony RTNed the night before. Do the other stores have a policy of holding on to their acros for a month before selling to insure that the colonies are in top health and growing?

The zoa combo that is up there now is almost 10 inches in circumference. That is a big piece! The other is around 8". I never went to City Pets and found pieces that large.

I already have better prices and more clams than Clams Direct. As the people that have already placed orders today pick up their items this week you see more and more people jumping on the Lone Star band wagon.

So does this mean that Tom is now going to make good on all the dead snails and crabs from his group order?

The reason why I spend an inordinate amount of time insuring that the animals that I sell are in top health is how WE got burned on OUR group order. Since I didn't have anything to do with collection, shipment, or housing of the snails as the person that merely pooled together your order along with others adn comunicated them to the vendor I could not vouch for the health or condition of the snails you recieved. I spent over 40 hours of my personal time putting together the largest group order ever only for the hope of getting a "job well done".

Now that I am a vendor (and not putting together a group order) I can insure the health of the animals that I sell and can guarantee that you would be hard pressed to keep my corals any healthier than they are now.

marsh member discounts?? :D

MARSH doesn't allow E-tailers to sponsor at this time but may be they will make an exception some time. Whenever that is we can work out an long term discount/special program for MARSH. For now though MARSH members have the free Ricordia deal to enjoy.

looks like a few new things have been added in the past few hours. Some anemones, some blastomussa, softies, zoanthids, and more. Here's a couple pieces of eye candy.
