Looking to stay there on Sept 13 and not sure what view is better. There is a pyramid and island view with the pyramid being more expensive. (GC views listed on the their website)

For the people that have been there what would you choose and what attractions are the best to see

I would have thought the Island view would be more! I am surprised!

Why would you pick and choose attractions when you can buy and all day pass inclusive of all? That is a much better deal.

I would put the Aquarium and Rain Forest at the top of the list.
A 3D Imax next and the rest toss a coin.

Also plan on Schlitterbaun while your there since your only 5 minutes away!

If you like history the Lone Star Flight Museum is another nice 5 minute away diversion.

We had the pyramid view when we stayed there courtesy of BP. Though the view was nice, we were not in our room enough to enjoy it.

Markie looks to have it all laid out great. My wife and daughter went to the 4D undersea movie and loved it a few days ago. I was home sick.

Also check out the Titanic Exhibit, we went a few weeks ago and it was great.

Only thing is our season passes only covered a one time walk through.

My wife and I took a flight over Galveston and that was really memerable. She got to take off and land the plane or atleast have her hands on the wheel when those event occured. It was 90 for 30 min if I remeber correctly. Well worth the memry.

We also road 4 wheelers out on pelican island and that was real fun, we have a couple of great pictures of Lisa(my wife) screaming. That was affordable also.

There is also the train museum downtown. And the story of the great hurricane. we also fished on the party boat and that was cool.
