I just got back...a few hours ago.

One thing is moody gardens is pretty neat but a bit overpriced 49.95 a day or 54.99 for two days.

They have some incredible imax films in 3D which I thought was amazing and I am not easily entertained.

The rainforest is cool has a lot of wildlife and plantlife.

The aquarium was much better than last time I went there. The coral tanks were growing well and all the display tanks were top knotch.

They also have a dinorsaur exibit starting today which is supposed to be cool.

My biggest issue is bang for the buck, is it really worth $50? I am not sure. For me I really enjoyed it and I would have thought it awesome for 35-40 bucks.

The neatest thing for me is to see how the rainforest has matured over the years. I thinks its very very cool - er, I mean hot.

DJmixx,
while you're in the area, you might consider a visit to the flight museum. It a fabulous place, those old planes are awesome to me, and its certainly cheaper. Its located right next to Moody Gardens.

enjoy,
Steve
