I took a quick pic of my nano today and figured I would share it with yall. It has been set up for about 2 years now and I have only recently started to really focus on its upkeep again. But in that time the few corals that were in it had ample time to grow out (especially my zoas).
My setup:
15 gallon AGA
DIY VHO retro 2x24" bulbs (one aquasun and one actinic)
Circulation: just switched to 2 koralia nano powerheads and I really like them. I also have 3 small HOB filters running without media.
Livestock:
2 chromis (1 fish, 2 fish)
1 firefish (AJ)
cleaner shrimp
peppermint shrimp (peppy)
coral:
green open brain
orange plate coral
orange and purple zoas
neon green shrooms
green fuzzy shrooms
a tiny bit of GSP
and one orange and purple ric
Like I said, I haven't paid much attention to this tank for a while now other than water changes and feedings. I am however wanting to fill it out with some new coral, mostly colorful shrooms and LPS, and hopefully a montipora or two.
