Here's an update of what used to be my 135g, condensed into this.
It's been up for about three months now.

It was one of my favorite pieces that I just had to keep. It's got some 12 or so heads on it now. Maybe some day I'll frag it.

OMG!! Imagine what that would have looked like if you kept everything!! That looks really awesome.

PS-Gilbert is doing great and the clown fish is now bigger than him. :)

Put me down on the frag list too. What kind of powerheads and lighting are you using?

You guys...........trying to make me frag my hammer. I'll think about it.

I don't use any powerheads. I'm running two AquaClear power filters. One of them holds my heater. I just have some polyfilter stuff in there besides that, and I occasionally run carbon. My bioload is very low with just the two baby clowns in it and a serpent star and some snails and scarlet hermits and a few sargasum shrimp I caught in Galveston.

My lighting is a 32 watt daylight PC bulb and a little screw-in mini PC that's blue on one side, white on the other. I'd love to have more light, but it seems things are doing well under those so far. Usually the hammer is fluffier (if a coral can be fluffy), but I took that pic only about 15 minutes after the lights came on this morning, and it wasn't completely extended yet. :D

Right.......there wouldn't have been room for the water, LOL.

Glad to hear they are both doing well. :)

Karen,

That tank is looking beautiful! Love the coral coverage.

BTW...the two clowns I got from you are currently protesting to be put in the main tank, but I am trying to capture my mantis before putting them in. They seem pretty happy in the QT although the large one will bully the smaller one at feeding time sometimes.

The xenia I got from you disappeared, but everything else is doing fine and the trocus snails I got from you have produced around 50+ babies that I can see so far :D

I put, I think, three trochus in the nano, which was really all I found after I parted out the big tank. Most went went the rock, I'm sure. Anyway, a couple weeks ago I found the tiniest babies on the glass......and I do mean tiny. One of them couldn't have been much bigger than this o, and it was still all white. Before long I'll have to thin them out, I think.
