Need a lot more info on your tank - what size, lights, age of tank, water parameters, day/night temp. Anemones are very sensitive and usually need to be in mature tanks only (6> months past end of cycle). When they're white like that its called bleaching, essentially they've expelled all their zooxanthellae. Its a pretty bad sign, since they get their food through them. Best thing you can do is try to keep your tank as stable as possible, top off often to keep salinity swings low, watch for temperature swings during day/night, keep parameters stable. Also try to feed them 2x times a week.
