Guys I have 2 dogs that I will not be able to care for anytime soon. We got almost 3 feet of water in the house in Clear Lake Shores so I got an apt. (no dogs allowed) while I gut the house and see if the city will let us rebuild or not. I really dont want to take them to the pound with the hundreds of abandoned pets there. If anyone has a big yard and would be willing to watch them I would pay for the food and whatever else they might need. They both are current on their shots although the records were destroyed in the flood. One is a blue heeler/ german sheperd mix about 40 lbs (great gaurd dog) named Gizmo and the other is a 20 lb unknown mix (we call the breed Kemah brown dog) named Toby. They are both great companion dogs, housebroken, and do tricks for treats but they are NOT good with children. These are 2 good dogs I have had for years but I just can not provide a good home for them right now. Once we are back on our feet I would be glad to take them back. Email me if anyone can help.
