Need a regular landline..know of any reputable phone company (1 Viewer)

My work required a regular landline at home but my credit isnt that great. I occasionaly get a flier here and there that advertised local phone company with no credit check and very low monthly charge. Does anyone know of one? Thanks

I have mine thru AT&T, but I can't remember if had to do anything with a credit check.

Most local utility companies run a basic credit check and then base what your deposit (if any) will be on your credit rating. Not so good credit can mean a large deposit needing to be made before installation of your phone, electricity, etc.
