i've never really tried sps before.. but now i really want to get into it.. im keeping fish to a minimum. maybe 2 clowns, and 2 tangs , and shrimps

here is what i have
2x 250w se mh
refugium
skimmer of some sort.. pretty big.. i used to use it on my 144g half circle
1/4hp chiller
72g bowfront
2x korila 4 powerheads

what else am i missing? and with the lighting situation would MH be better or t5's? i do have 2x 430-008 ballasts that im currently not using , those can be turned into t5's right?

+1 on equipment. T-5's will run your tank cooler though, eliminating the use of a chiller.
you can do a mixture and only run the MH for 4hrs.
