Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I'm very new to saltwater. I've been lurking on and off over the years but never got into it as planted tank is my passion. Figure I need one or two reef tank in my life at this point. My plan is to use one of my ADA tank and go SPS. Was wondering if anyone here live on the west to SW side willing to give this rookie a tour. Last weekend I got a chance to visit Eugene aka Reefwatcher. Very nice guy! I figure the more I see and ask question the more info will sink in.

Cheers,

-thanh

Welcome and good luck!

I'm about 8 months in, easily 1000 hours of reading logged, two tanks heavier, and well over four digits lighter in my bank account.

:)
Lovin every minute by the way.

Thanks guys, I've been sitting in front the the monitor way too long now. Yes, the pocket is getting lighter already and I haven't gotten all I needed yet!

Eugene, thanks for the tour of your setup. I also got a chance to see Andy's tank aka(Rishma). I want another tour when not busy. :D

To all that live in the area willing to let me pick their brain. I would love to see your tank!

My goal at the moment.

ADA 120P SPS dominate tank!

Cheers,
Thanh

Shoot me a PM when you want another tour. My 90 is nothing fancy though, low tech for sure. I'm in Sharpstown and would be glad to show you.
