I went on a bit of a hiatus and come back and couldn't use my old login or screenname but made a new one for now.

Wanted to know if I could still recover my old screen name/login?

Old screen name is the same, eklikewhoa

thank you.

A while back they had a server issue and lost a lot of data so they switched to a new server host. That might be what the issue is.

I'm not sure I follow. you're logged in and posting from an account created in April 2012 with 52 posts. That is not an account that was just created.

On the previous site I was eklikewhoa as well but had to re-register when coming back to the site from my hiatus. It allowed me to use the same username but none of my previous login info worked.

See, this is me from the old site, MARSH Tank of the Month - February 2007 notice that the date is way before my current created account date.

Just wondering if there was a way to use my old account with my original join date/post count/etc.

I can do some tweaking on the DB side but we did a purge before the move to cut down on the inactive user count, and the system now cleans accounts that have not logged in for more than 18 months. It keeps down on the clutter and keeps the data current.
