I plan on purchasing leds for my 90g reef tank within the next month. It's 4' long and 24" deep. I have softies, lps and sps. The lighting I have now is 2x 250w halides with 4 compact fluorescent bulbs.

I've been researching the Radion XR30w, Radion XR30w Pro and the Kessil A360-E Wide Angle Tuna Blue. I want lighting to maximize coral health, growth and also be pleasing to look at. The more I research the more confused I get.

Please give me your input on these leds.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

i have seen some great tanks with Kessil lights everything looks so good under them, but from what i was told growth is very slow. i opted for Radion G3 Pro's on my 210 build. i am overly impressed with how great they are, how quick corals respond and most importantly heal and color up! unless something crazy happens i will run these for quite a while.

Do you think 1 of the Radion G3 Pro's with the wide replacement lens would cover my tank? It's 48" long and 24" deep.

Meeting all your criteria is not likely as for color and vibrancy that you get with led's, you trade off growth. Led's will not give you the growth you'd get with t5's or halides

if you have your heart set on Radions i would say that the XR30 G3 will not cover those dimensions properly based on my experience with my G1, for the best results id suggest two XR15's or two XR30g3pros as you asked about, thats if those fit in your budget... i have a G1 over my 40 breeder and i had issues with coral health on the out skirts of my tank.
