Orange Pavona Maldivensis (1 Viewer)

Anyone have or tried to keep this one? I did, and a 1.5" frag RTN'd over a three month period. I have many other SPS doing well in my 180 that is very stable and of ' High Quality H2O' Lighting information is varied from suppliers. I tried mine mid to upper portion of the tank with 250 watt MH. Maybe they like lower lighting, let me know if you know something.

other pavona species I've tried have grown well at low lights, so that may have been the issue.

yeah, i always see the better looking pavonas as lower light levels as well...perhaps under a ledge or down low in the aquarium.
