Okay, here's the deal. I just called PetSolutions. The lady said they still have free shipping on LIVE stuff for orders $200 and over.
As for group ordering, it would have to be one person paying the bill, and one address receiving the items. But we can have a different shipping address than the billing address if needed.
So, we need to pay one person the $ and have that person pay the bill. We also need to agree on a delivery place-whether it's the person paying or not.
Here is their Shipping Policy (of course if we get over $200 in orders, we don't have to pay the $24.99):

Saltwater Animals are shipped overnight from California for Tuesday - Friday deliveries. Delivery is only available within the 48 contiguous states. www.ups.com. A signature is required for delivery. Failure to sign upon first delivery attempt may void the Seven Day Security Blanket. If an order is placed that contains both Saltwater Items (Saltwater Fish, Corals, Live Rock, and/or Invertebrates) with Freshwater Fish, Dry Goods, Frozen Foods, or Live Plants, the order will be split into separate orders with the appropriate shipping charges for each order.

Substitutions
Pet Solutions makes every effort possible to ship your order complete. Due to seasonal availability, daily health inspections and other considerations, animals are sometimes unavailable for shipment. If the situation arises, Pet Solutions will ship 75% of the value of your order, canceling the out of stock animals. Pet Solutions may also substitute the unavailable animal with different size or may substitute with a parallel equivalent product. A request for No Substitutions, Fill Complete, and/or a Substitution List may be requested when ordering. This may result in a shipping delay.
Backorders
Pet Solutions is unable to backorder any Live items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Cancellations
Should it be necessary to cancel an order, please call Pet Solutions at 1-800-737-3868 or by e-mail at
liveinfo@petsolutions.com. Please have your order number and billing address available when requesting a cancellation. Cancellation requests usually require 24 hour processing time. Orders may not be cancelled and will be invoiced in full after the order has shipped.

Okay, if y'all are wanting to already order tomorrow for a Wed. delivery, I cannot be home Wed. during the day for receipt of the order, nor do I know if I would have enough $ to pay up front for everyone (unless you all paid me first, or by Paypal immediately): otherwise, I would coordinate this order, and gladly receive it, but let me know....
...And it looks like we have people from opposite ends of Houston interested - so if we have one delivery site, we have to consider who has to drive where in order to pick stuff up....also could see if someone is willing to hold items till the Frag Swap if both parties are going to that.
How do y'all want to coordinate?
P.S. - The free delivery special on dry goods ended today....just fyi...But we are ok for live.....
