there's a place along highway 146, near bacliff/seabrook area. i don't know the name off the top of my head, but they have a ton of plastic barrels/drums/containers of various sizes.

Look for agriculture or feed stores....they usually have them and if I'm not mistaken there is one closer to you off I45N I believe.

two places:
1. go hit up your local car washes, they GIVE them away free. just make sure you get the soap only drums and clean them, a lot.
2. there is a guy in Winnie that has used drums for a good price. they are used to ship olives and garlic, etc.

These guys have a location on I-10 E near Beltway 8 Call for instore pricing as they don't have the same prices.
