I can't play the video that I took from my Canon T2i without downloading Quick Time which means I have to pay $$$$.Is there anyway I can play this?

You don't have to have QuickTime. Videolan should play it and it's free.
Buy most likely is in a .mts file format. Use windows movie maker to convert it to an .avi

quicktime is free. there is a pro version, but you don't need it.

When I had my T2i I just uploaded the video to Youtube, then you can download a different format from Youtube.
